Next Series. Some questions.
Just looking at planning the next series for ARSE Racing.
If we alternate between games, it would mean we do Assetto Corsa for the next series. I will add it to the poll.
The pole will have a few different components. Just vote once for each part. Also, lets hear some ideas.

Why not. One of my ideas is 4 different cars for 8 races. But you have to race each car 1 round, and nominate before the comp!AstrO wrote:Is the F40 covered under Historics?

It might be a good opportunity to use the ballast to slow the font guys down at least a little bit. It should give closer more fun races.

it will most likely be looked at, but a lot will depend on the type of series we race.

+1 for F40. One of my fav cars in AC. Though I haven't driven it in ages.
Old race cars would be fun, rewarding but not boring like those new fangdangled race cars.

For a different thought, what about RRE? some touring or GT's, maybe the DTM experience as you can get the 2013 version for cheap. As both AC and Pcars have there online issues, it might be better (wouldn't know, haven't research it)

As much as I enjoy it, I dont want to ask people to put their hands in their pockets for another game, especially with their pricing model. there is also the online admin side to worry about.GT VIRUS wrote:For a different thought, what about RRE? some touring or GT's, maybe the DTM experience as you can get the 2013 version for cheap. I'm not a big fan of swapping cars during a series. I'd rather pick a car and stick with it. Swapping cars is for FNFnorbs wrote:Why not. One of my ideas is 4 different cars for 8 races. Re: Next Series. Some questions.
So, this is what it is looking like for now.
Ruf, F40 and Cobra 427 S/C at 8 Aussie tracks.
There will be ballast handicaps handed out to 1st 2nd and 3rd that will accumulate over the series.

Just in regards to the eastern creek track version, is it the one that includes all the different layouts of the track (think there are 4 layouts from memory)?

Just a heads up, Surfers paradise is a terrible track. I wouldn't recommend using it in the series.norbs wrote:Server is running Surfers paradise for now.

Re: Next Series. Some questions.
Pukekohe Park is a good alternative... if you can live with a trip to NZ?
