Not sure how much it costs to convert through a service centre but I understand it's not that difficult, though I think internal sensor cleaners make it harder.
Interesting range. Not sure what the general preference is.

Wait so that's just a modified sensor they are selling?
The difficult part is recalibrating the cameras AF system and the metering system.
