Hey Blues

I had a brief few holes online tonight, seemed that data transfer was slow..Saw a lot of the redish circle saying waiting for remote player...

Is that normal, or is it normally like shot online with very little lag...I have no idea what the other guy was doing...

nah thats not normal mate......you gotta remember that the courses in Links have way more detail than Shot Online
so sometimes its a little slow but not much....heres a tip....if you seem to be waiting awhile for the other guy to play a shot,
go down to the menu and click on "spot pin".......if he's played the shot and its not showing due to lag, that'll show it
straight away.

Google Shot online.

You need to set up and account first, they will send you a verification number, this you use to complete the account process.

Once set up, or while you wait for the number, DL the file, install, ect.

Use your login details you provided in the account setup...and do the tutorial (Gives you cash for green fees...)

Its all sweet...

just started again Dave

when it went pay to play for aussies but no one else, we gave up and played links. Havent done either for a while but HB found shotonline had closed its aussie servers so now we are back in the international arena again.

looks like you can pay to play to get better stuff though.

I guess it's been about 2 years since I last played ShotOnline.... tried to fire it up again but it wont connect to the update server.
Probably a good thing too... two years worth of updates would be huge, probably best to download it fresh again anyway. :)

I should be up for a couple of rounds on Sunday afternoon/evening.
This will be my signature until Dexter Bean qualifies for a NASCAR race. Keep chasing that dream...

got my old one back lol (they were both bout the same level).

so i just decided to create a new character and have started again....i'm up to lvl 24 and have even been signed by a guild :)
