ARSE really needs some Zwift rides. :) It is ARSE Racing, but better for you. :)

Imagine racing each other in real time. Or handicapped TT rides.

What is it?

Unofficial guide

Map of the island.

Group ride calendar

Some interesting finds on speed tests.

Verified Strava segments

Check out how your PC performs.

let me know if you find others.

Maybe something for you Carl.

Zwift HQ pushed out an update today which includes fixes, upgrades, and some stuff you won’t even notice which is laying the groundwork for things we’ll see very soon!

Notable changes are:

Fixed flat route routing on Richmond
Control of TACX smart trainers over Bluetooth added (via Zwift Mobile Link)
Ride leader function now works on distance based events
Lap based events are now supported
Timed results now more accurately stored for events (but still not shown)
Events chat screen visuals tweaked
First month of Zwift Academy workouts added
Zwift Mobile Link to Zwift pairing connection made more stable
Messaging in events now generally works better than before
Save and Exit dialog reworked to avoid accidental discard click

Wish it were that easy.. My trainer is pre "Smart" Series.
It can be controlled via computer, via ANT+, and do all the stuff that the clever new trainers can do (simulate gradients etc), except TACX insist on using a private implementation of ANT+ and similarly insist on not opening up things to allow use on Zwift. Even something as simple as broadcasting the power data so that it can be picked up on a garmin head unit (and potentially be used with Zwift as a basic trainer) has been met with a big fat no.. fuck em
[i'll have a better read of the update, but i'm not holding my breath :( ]

V and I have been talking about acquiring a wahoo trainer.. though not sure if we'd go with the Kickr or the Snap. I had my heart set on the Kickr, though your impressions of the Snap might be swaying me :P
