Well I slept in the other morning so did my session on Zwift after work. I think something is wrong with my trainer. Had two 20 minute sets at 90-105% of FTP, ramping up to 105% towards the end. The first set was bang on, the second set was all over the place, not sure what the trainer was doing but just couldn't hold anywhere near my FTP. Will try updating firmware tonight.

Ewww. Ok. Um, there have a shocking reputation. Not counting Shane Miller and Titanium Geek, I know of 3 people who have fucked theirs up.

Have you checked the Facebook group?

Gettin back on the pain bike this week with some wet weather on its way.
I was expecting to open up the wallet to re-sub to Zwift for a month but after logging in for the first time this year I have a free 25k to burn thru first. :)

Mate, you should see all the old baby toys and crap stashed in the other corner the wife can't let go of yet...

I had to spend an hour cleaning out boxes of crap just to get the bike back in there. Once the Zwift station was disassembled last spring the space was reclaimed as a dumping zone.

Ducting FTW!!!

Good idea with the TV as well. As much as I enjoy Zwift and using my Nexus 7 on the bars as the companion app. I use to get a bit bored and load up Foxtel Go or YouTube while im riding for some entertainment.

I run zwift on one monitor and netflix etc on the other so most of my rides are the length of an episode. Last year it was Bojack Horseman and Trailer Park Boys. This year, and the next 15 if I try to watch all episodes, it's star trek. 45 mins per episode is working out pretty well :)

True, unless you ride trails a lot then its pretty messy and you fuck them up pretty quick unless they are rocky like Anstey's. I got sick of putting unnecessary wear and tear on my Canyon so have enjoyed the warm indoor trainer this last week.

Shane rides MTB and Roadie so his excuses are limited. "his reply to me was "No Stuart . , just someone too soft to ride in the wet" lol...

One of the nice things about that Neo. No spin down and accurate.

Time the ARSE guys did a ride together again.

had my first run on Zwift for ages last night.

really impressed how much development has been going on. The mobile app seems to be improving in leaps and bounds, as does the interface for the main program. The newly added roads look pretty decent too! :D

This probably tells the story.

I dont know that making the new roads only accessible to Level 10 or over was a great idea though. I know a couple of my buddies were a bit disappointed.

Holy crap.. that's a lot of pizza ;)

That puts my pitiful efforts to shame :(

I'm not really sure what the logic is in restricting access to areas. it's not like the roads can get worn out through usage, so it seems like a bizarre decision. maybe we'll all be enlightened in the future
