Maybe Dan should put ultra softs on at the end and go for the lap record. Doesn't look like the leaders are going to get there.

... and we come back from commercials to find him stopped

Inside his helmet:

#blessed may just be the most monumental piece of shit to have ever sat in a Grand Prix car. I can't think of another even close to his asshattery.

I ask again, where's the speed?

1 stop race with no fuel stops. It's not rocket science.

Pirelli seem to have gone too conservative with the tyres, but maybe that's what FOM wanted.

The tyres are a step harder than last year. They were asked to do it as no one knew what to expect. The speed is there but it's like they need a round or two too really get them going.

Is Hamilton whinging more than the others or do we just hear him more as we get the Sky coverage and that is going to be slanted to focus on the Brits?

There's an investigation about officials letting spectators on the track while cars were circulating:

Fucking nanny state bollocks makes me want to puke. That was great and should be the norm rather than the exception.

Some fuckstick would get himself run over if it were the norm. Never underestimate some peoples stupidity.

You got to let them go once the cars are in pit lane and not before. In the past at Monza, a Benetton stopped early in the race and the car was left in an open space. The crowd stripped the body work off it and other bits after the race as the marshals didn't secure the car. So there's reasons to keep the muppets behind the fence.

At least Maldonado wasn't there, he'd have hit someone and really fucked it up.

He's getting his facts better now, he used to be a bit hit and miss. His only oopsie there was saying they changed Rico Rickenbergs gearbox.
