House extensions - opportunities for ARSEs

Hi all
We are getting some extensions done and I'd like to offer some opportunities for any ARSEs in related businesses.
So, first off, any ARSEs who do lighting - planning and selling household lights?

Bravo. Awesome idea.
I have nothing to offer. Although I could just watch other people work and my rates are entirely reasonable.

I can even cheer them on, waving a bottle of beer around! My rates are pretty damn high, though...but you get the best beer-bottle-waving you can possibly get!

The other opportunity is in flooring. Any ARSEs work for places that do timber flooring - I think the plan is for 14mm bamboo flooring klip-lock or tongue and groove. @woodsy - you still in the flooring game fella?
