I wonder if Williams released this to quietly show why they decided not to go with Kubica. Because despite all the claims that he wouldn't be driving one-handed, it seems pretty clear that he would be.

Apparently as the track was so cold they figured those tyres would be the easiest and quickest to get up to racing temp.

Looks like it might all be postponed today as the place is covered in snow and the heli can't fly but the teams are talking about using it for a photo opportunity instead!

With McLarens woes in this years winter testing so far, I found this quite amusing.

Mclaren/Honda – The relationship simplified….

Year 1 –
Honda: We present to you our Square Peg engine!
Mclaren: We have a round hole…..
Honda: Facepalm

Three years later…
Mclaren: We had to convert our round hole to a square hole, but it was so unreliable – it compromised our chassis….we need to move on….

Renault arrive
Renault: We present out round peg engine!!!!!!
Mclaren: We have a square shaped hole……
Renault: Facepalm

Quick maths

Toro Rosso HONDA 2 days of testing = 173 Laps
McLaren renault 2 days of testing = 95 Laps

Toro Rosso HONDA Best lap time on Hypersoft tyres = 119.823
McLaren (Fuck you Honda, without you, we'd be winning) renault on Hypersoft tyres = 119.856

Now i'm no big city mathematician, but 173 is more than 95 and 119.823 is faster than 119.856

I bet Ron has the biggest fuck you smile on his face
