The resurrection of Rise of Flight into a VR world has begun. You can now buy early access through Il2 Battle of Stalingrad and get two aircraft - Spad 13 and Fokker DR1 (sadly my least favourite WW1 planes) which at present you can fly on Il2 BoX maps. A Verdun map is apparently coming.
I plan to discover WW1 VR flying tonight!
If you have RoF, you can get some additional discounts on Flying Circus depending on how much you spent on RoF. Head over to your RoF account and and there should be a code to apply when you buy Flying Circus. I'll post some images/vids later. WW1 must be the best potential VR experience I reckon.

I think I just jizzed a bit...
When people were first talking about the Oculus rift, RoF was the game that I thought would be *the* experience I wanted in VR.
I guess I'll have to drain the hobby fund (it's nearly empty after updating my PC 3 weeks ago).
