He died on Sunday 81. He was still touring to help pay his medical bill for ongoing health issues. That was sad to hear.
But he was cool and just did it his way, upside strings and all.

I really felt sorry for him after reading an interview from 2015 where he said he had to keep touring to be able to afford his medication, otherwise he would die. He had a colostomy bag and various other issues.
