I'd say stick to the original order they were released.
As each of the trilogies don't follow on from each other as they are set in different time periods / generations.

But it begs me to ask, have you not watched them all already?

I'd watch them in numerical order, 1 to 9.

I think this is the widely accepted order:
  1. The Phantom Menace
  2. Return of the Jedi
  3. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
  4. The Force Awakens
  5. Iron Man
  6. Attack of the Clones
  7. Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
  8. The Empire Strikes Back
  9. Kes
  10. Avengers: Age of Ultron
  11. The Empire Strikes Back
  12. Hot Rod
  13. Batman vs Superman
  14. The Last Jedi

I don't want to spoil it but it's the story of Darth Vadars' childhood:

Some great clips out there of David Prowse doing the original script on set. It just sounds so wrong :)

Yeah I'd do 1-9 but between 3 and 4 do Solo and Rogue One. The latter actually links quite nicely in to ep4 from the final scenes (if you can get over the terrible CGI Leia).

Quality Durbs :)

Don't forget Caravan of Courage and Battle for Endor, which take place between Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi

Look up the Machete order. Not sure how that goes with the new ones though. Otherwise I'd watch them in Episode order rather than release. It's as if there's any twists the entire world doesn't already know about. So 1 to 3 then Solo, Rogue One, 4 to 9.
