Another Gold Layout
After seeing Knappo's layout i reckon the other part of gold reverse that was screaming out for a layout was the section right at the start.
Just a basic layout, designed for people to join from pit and immediately go right, then come around behind the start line.
finish is just before you turn onto the bridge.
this layout has quite alot of "rice". haha. i thought it looked cool anyway

Oh dear, I would hate to take an 'off-line adventure' and tango with one of those barriersTakumi wrote: this layout has quite alot of "rice". haha. i thought it looked cool anyway

the only time that would cause a problem is on the final 2 turns. i guess what i am saying here is if you're in a drift comp, hopefully you'll be good enough to not "take off-line adventures"Hamal wrote:Oh dear, I would hate to take an 'off-line adventure' and tango with one of those barriers

Re: Another Gold Layout
Hopefully, but i think the last drift event showed that some aren't 'good enough' (as you would put it) to not go off the track. Basically, what I'm suggesting is that the barriers aren't really necessary and have the potential to ruin peoples events. If they aren't necessary why have them?Takumi wrote:the only time that would cause a problem is on the final 2 turns. i guess what i am saying here is if you're in a drift comp, hopefully you'll be good enough to not "take off-line adventures"Hamal wrote:Oh dear, I would hate to take an 'off-line adventure' and tango with one of those barriers

Now, if someone was to put them in the smash up derby that would be a different story
