TDK DVD+r - big spindle for sale

Post by smithcorp »

I bought a 100 spindle of these DVD +r single-sided, 1-16x speed, 4.7Gb, but they don't seem to be compatible with my DVD player. I've used 3 and selling the rest for $50. PM me if interested.

I've got a 50 spindle of those, and it seems they can't be used at 16x only 8x - maybe that's the problem?
( or yours can't handle +r only -r ? )
Surprise, no sig. Now there is. Or is there?

Hey ysu - I even tried burning at 4x and they didn't work. I had previously bought another smaller spindle of TDK +r (dual layer i think) and they worked fine. Mystery.

In that case I suggest bringing it back to the shop. It cannot fullfill the purpose what it was advertised and sold to be for. According to the australian laws, the shop has to give your money back, or give you an exchange product of the same value (your choice!) and then deal with the manufacturer as they see fit. They actually have a contractual relation with you.

I think it's the Trade Practices Act 1974 which this is in.

Even I could bring it back, but I said wtf It's ok at 8x, does not worth the walk :)

More information please! Are these (for instance) the "real" ones?
