yeppp 3 glasses of water on the night before you sleep.
One time i drank till i passed out...which was within 2 hours of commencement. I didnt throw up...just went home...brushed my teeth (funnily enough its the only thing i always do when i get home after drinking) and went to bad...
Next 3 days my liver hurt like a mofo...
now that i drink the wate.r..its fine.
Only my lips are dry
