love the front wing...altho the side pods look very much like a 2004 car...nothing like renault...or was it sauber....the one with the triangular sidepods

Front wing has that middle bit in common with BAR. The rest is pretty boring. No undercut sidepods or interesting engine cover. The bottom plane of the rear wing is curvy but that's about all the interest I can see at the back. I don't expect much from this team this year. :tilt:

nar, I think with all the stuff that's been goin on over the off season, they'll be very much on the back foot this season.

Looks like shit warmed up just like all of the others. Even the classic JPS livery couldn't save a modern Formula car.

mmm, that reminds me of the article in f1 racing with johnnie walker maybe sponsoring mclaren... that could be a great sight

if im thinking properly, (most likely not) then the JW sponsorship is the real deal. from memory i believe that JW will take over the WEST logo's on the car once the anti-tobacco law comes into affect. the deal was worth about $50 million US a year or somethin in that area.

edit: had a quick look (10 secs worth)

its actually $68 million

I wouldn't count on seeing a "walking man" on the side of an F1 car.
It's been reported that Johnny Walker have pulled out of the deal due to legal implications of associating drinking and driving. :eek:
The same reason Red Bull knocked back a huge offer from "a large" vodka company (apparently Smirnoff) :tilt:
