Performance Analasis

Im looking for a program that can measure that performance of certian apps and tell me what is being taxed while it is in use. Does anyone know of one?

I hope you're posting from a linux machine.... GEEK!!! :P

What particular areas are you talking about?

Memory, cpu, networking?
All these can be viewed using ctrl+alt+del (aka Task Manager).

Something like "process explorer" may offer some more options regarding logging, but essentially it's the same. (google is your friend to find a download)

Im looking for something that might be able to say log a gaming session and tell me what it was doing in terms of graphics, mem, cpu etc usage.

The problem is that most games will run at 100% cpu all the time... even if they're doing fark all... so it might not mean much.
Memory usage is much more meaningful... then you can see if tweaks actually help.
...and that's about all you can look at.
