Okay, i'll quickly explain my situtaion.

I was trying to set my LFS resolution to as high as it can go so i could get a really good screencapture, only to realise that when i clicked on the largest screenres, my monitor couldn't takeit (it was out of the monitors range), so now i'm presented with a problem of not being able to play LFS at all

Does anyone know which file contains the screen res configs and what values i should put in to bring it back to my normal 1024*768?

LOL  in the lfs directory should be a cfg.txt

look down until you see a line like this

Screen Info 1 85 1024 768

85 denotes my refresh rate, also the horizontal res & vertical res

unless you know what refresh rate you run at, just make it

Screen Info 1 60 1024 768 and change it once you're ingame

this reminds me of a utility i found once, that enabled you to run windows in ANY res you like... i typed in 10x10 just for a laugh, let's just say i wasnt laughing later

There's a quicker easier way as long as you are still in LFS. Just press shift + F9 - F12 (any one of them, not all ;) ). Usually they are shorcuts to change the resolution, and you can set them as well :D

 @ Tak and your 10 x 10 res :D

i encoded it using divx 5.1.1
if you get the latest one (5.2.1) it should all be ok
