Photo Critique Thread

Ok no idea if this will work but here goes. I was thinking about having a critique thread. This is not aimed at ripping an image apart for the sake of destoying someones confidence. Rather it is here to highlight positives and negatives in an image. How and where it could be improved and a reposting of the image with some improvments based on comments made.
