a few days back i found a couple of old pencil sketches i did years ago, i'll try and find them and scan them, i tend not to do art on the pc though.

i sorta do a little from column A, a little from column B. I find the challenge of brushstrokes with the mouse something that amuses me at the moment though, i have a few sketches here and there. and quite a few that originated as a sketch, and then got coloured in shop. i'll post them up soon

Pfft. dont be a pansy. Mass Detailed sketches appeal to some, more simplistic ones appeal to others. Variety appeals to all. post em up!

Couldnt agree more Hz. Post Em Up Mate
I use to draw simplisticly but as you skill level increases the more detail you tend to include.

This one here is probably the 1st drawing i ever coloured in photoshop. There's quite a few effects going on in there as like i said, it was all new. It's Old, but i still kinda like it.

Here is a WIP of Jack Brabham's Repco Brabham @ Sandown 1967.
Finished Size - 420mm wide X 300mm high.
Time so far 4-5 hours.
Scan was a little dark but meh
Itll look like this when its finished

Yeah proportions can get tricky that for sure.
What helps me is to not only foucs on the positive image (ie subject matter, what you drawing) but the negetive area around it (the space around the subject matter)

I've been doing a few architectural renders lately.
Working on a couple more now. I'm hoping to get some jobs doing this sort of thing eventually.
