if you hadnt noticed, or hadnt taken any notice, SO are having a tourny that any and all can enter. 10/04/07 to 21/04/07
18 holes of Alfheim, 0ng to enter (even Norbs can afford that)
I had a chat to NPC Baxter (about 3 shops along from club repair dude) and the below is a screenie of that.
