Sosori Birdie Blitz
Course: Sosori (18 Holes)
Dates: Opens July 1,
Closes July 31
Prize Pool $150,000ngs (Split to be advised)
Tournament Detail:
Entrants will be able to play Sosori all through July, submitting as they play their best round. A best round will be the round with the most birdies, any Eagles, Albatrosses or Hole in ones will be treated as several birdies (ie and eagle will be 2!). If we at the end of the event have cards with equal number of birdies, the round with the best score, after HC will be the winner. This will apply all the way down the result list. Tis important that entrants supply cards as they go so we keep an updated leaderboard, and of course you will hold bragging rights...
go belt some birds guys

well the scorer has been active
I have had 2 rounds so far and had 8 points (6 birdies and 1 eagle) with a score of -7 OTS
folllowed by tonights round of 9 points (6 birdies and 2 eagles) and scored -7 OTS.
you guys need 10 points for the outright lead or 9 points and a score of better than -7 to lead.

Damn, and I thought my first attempt with 6 birdies wasn't a bad effort.

Damn it, I improve, you improve. You just HAVE to keep raising that bar, don't you?
I just managed 6 Birdies and an Eagle, though I messed up the 16th and 17th holes for -4.

Getting closer... 6 Birdies and 2 Eagles = 10. Though I only managed a 7 under.

Damn it, not improving enough.
Got 8 birdies and 1 eagle last night, but messed up the other holes and only ended up par for the round.
Tonight got 10 birdies (only) and -8 for the round. The most annoying thing was I missed out on a hole in one on the last hole by about 2 cm.

Errr, can I ask what might be a silly question? How do you work out the Net score?

Net score is your round with the most birdies, using your handicap...
Ie, My 11 under was a blemish free round, so 11 under - my handicap which is 3 = -14...

Ah, so it's one of those things where we don't get to see all the information and thus we can't verify the scores.
The round (raw) scores would be useful, then (so we can see if you can add and subtract properly).
