When was the last time you locked the diffs Nige?
actually the other day. Was up in the mountains and ended up on a rather disused bush trail. I have never been happier with the 4x4 does what I want when I want and I never really have to worry about where I am heading as I know it will get me out. Of course there was the time I ran out of petrol, that was a bummer.

Nope, other than a central diff lock to lock the drive 50/50. I'm fairly sure today's Pajero's use some form of traction control though... the old ones use to have a rear LSD.

rear wheel drive, four wheel drive, central diff lock low range and central diff high range 4x4. It also has a wheel speed sensor which highlights the different wheel rotation speed.

Tends to happen when you post a lot of bullshit :D

I'll take some proper shots soon with a photog mate of mine and post then. It's just an Impreza. I'm sure everyone's seen 50 million of em before, so I'll wait till at least the photos are interesting rather than iPhone pics.

Yeah they don't seem to do anything anyway, as VT mentioned. Still they may go on for photos.
