Re: 1.8 Planning
Will restart when 1.9 comes along i think, there will be new biome code that didnt make it into 1.8
Only thing thats going to change from this pre release to the official 1.8 is bug fixing. Which will cause more bugs![Big Grin :D](./images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

I was chatting to Raz on the server. We were thinking a free for all and then plan for 1.9 as this map wont last.

Has anyone seen anything re getting 1.8 to function under OSX? Or will that occur once the official 1.8 is released via his web site?

I assume as it isnt an official release, OSX will come when the Windows version does.

Controls look horrid. It would go well on the Vita with its dual thumb sticks.

So are we continuing with FFA for now and go more planned with the 1.9 release?

Dunno. Most of us just claimed a house in the village and started mining for resources. Depends on how far off 1.9 is perhaps? If it's only a month or two away I'd prefer to go free for all.

Mojang are still claiming that Minecraft Final (out of beta) will still be released at Minecon which is bit over a couple of months away, so I guess 1.9 will be somewhere between now and then.

OK, well, underground would be fun then if its that long. Over a couple of months should be a fair bit of time between now and another reset!
