Mojang Vs Zenimax

Been reading some stuff (okay one article) about the Scrolls debarkle going on with Mojang and Zenimax.

Have a read, have to say Notch's twitter feed gives a more "im the victim" than this article does...

I can see where Zenimax are coming from, Mojang wants to copyright the word "Scrolls" which would allow them to sue anyone who uses the word "Scrolls" if they felt the urge, Mojang may never feel the urge but Zenimax would be insane to let themselves be put in a position where there revenue stream could be put at risk. Bottom line is Mojang attempted to trademark a word knowing full well that it has prior use, they get no sympathy from me.

agreed. I hadnt looked into it at all until I read that Article, and i really thought that it was Just zenimax over reacting to nothing, thats what notch is playing on twitter.
