Re: GT2014 – Race 4 – Vallelunga
Thanks for the race ladies.. was pretty damn fun.
I timed my 2nd hotlap to start a few seconds before qual ended, didn't realise it just ends as soon as it reaches that time! too bad because I think a mid 31 was possible today. Good job Righty, PB when it counted.
The race was a good close fight with Righty. I also had softs that were going a bit squidgy by the end and noticed a little Z4 coming up behind. I suspect some of the reason you caught us so fast is that Righty was parking on as many apex's as he could which isnt the fastest way round.
Next week will be interesting, that track is so buggy.. stay off the kerbs.

Thanks norbs. Was so stoked I kept up with them 2 even if it was mainly due to their battle. Was awesome not getting taken out before the first corner for the first time this series and even better that it happened when I had what was probably my highest start too!!

Re: GT2014 – Race 4 – Vallelunga
Had a pretty good nights racing, had to take evasive action into turn 1 and ended up on the grass and losing a few spots there but quickly made them back and followed Flinty around for the whole race.. saw the battle between norbs, plastik and flinty and just waited for someone to make a mistake and then it happened and gained a few spots there. The rest of the race I spent trying to fend off a chasing Edwood and trying to catch up to Flinty and toaster.
I ran mediums in the Z4 and they became great about 13 laps in so I could actually brake a lot later and push harder which came in handy but a bit late...
