Hum.. with shuffle set to once a day... it could take a while.

Though with..."You have exceeded your number of downloads for this purchase." makes the decision easy.

sign up where? All I get is 'You have exceeded your number of downloads for this purchase.'

All good... googled "NASA PACK 1: Expeditions 30-42" and found them elsewhere.

Beagle 2, the failed 2003 British Mars probe, has been found.

It didn't crash and burn after all, it just didn't completely unfurl.

In a way that's even worse. Some of the panels unfurled but the last one failed, so the radio transmitter is covered up.

Beagle 3 needs to be sent with a little arm to flip the thing open.

I'm a bit confused as to why the parachute is so far away.

If I remember rightly, the parachute was only to get it close to the surface and then it was supposed to detach and bounce along in a bubble thing before deploying. 10 years of martian winds have probably blown it a bit further away since.

1.5 gigapixel image of Andromeda taken with Hubble

http://www.spacetelescope.org/images/he ... /zoomable/

This image, captured with the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope, is the largest and sharpest image ever taken of the Andromeda galaxy — otherwise known as M31.

This is a cropped version of the full image and has 1.5 billion pixels. You would need more than 600 HD television screens to display the whole image.

It is the biggest Hubble image ever released and shows over 100 million stars and thousands of star clusters embedded in a section of the galaxy’s pancake-shaped disc stretching across over 40 000 light-years.

In our terrestrial view of things, the speed of light seems incredibly fast. But as soon as you view it against the vast distances of the universe, it's unfortunately very slow. This animation illustrates, in realtime, the journey of a photon of light emitted from the sun and traveling across a portion of the solar system.
