One of the things you need to keep in mind is that they were always 1-step ahead of the testing regime / protocols of the time.
1. They used EPO before a test was derived to find it.
2. They blood doped before the UCI introduced both the Hematocrit level baseline agreement & then later the blood passport program. Both of which are flawed in their determination & implementation. (re; Lance would give testers a window he could be found for testing, he had ultimate control of when it took place, so no surprises - not random as he claims plus an athlete could monitor his own Hematocrit level at any time.)
3. Then on top of all this they then began micro-dosing (testosterone, EPO, etc) as this meant the levels in their system at any one point in time would be practically undetectable against known testing processes & protocols. But this practice also meant the cumulative effect was the same as traditional doping volumes & practices. (it is believed Dr Ferrari worked this out or suggested it to his clientele after trialling it with some of them during out of competition training camps)

For anyone still thinking this is a witch-hunt against LA or he's not guilty cause he never got caught red-handed or via a +ve doping control, I say as I said to norbs yesterday "does that mean a thief isn't a criminal unless he his caught while in the act of thieving & not later by DNA and other incriminating evidence & eye-witness testimony".

The sad thing, as has been stated everywhere is that everyone thought he won during the cleanest period of the sport but it turns out he turned it into the dirtiest period of the sport.
I hope he rots the deceiving, lying, bully of a tyrant!!!

The British cycling fraternity is giving me the shits. Probably no surprise to anyone. Fucking Brailsford saying he is shocked. I wont be the least bit surprised if in 15 years there isnt some shit about Team Sky.

You do don't see the former East Germany stripped of it's medal's when it doped in the 1970's and 1980's. Seems like a witch hunt to me.
