Could power washing machines, tv's, kettles.
Wobbles, I don't doubt it.

I am sure if more people realised how hard it is to generate the power they used, they would be slightly more mindful of it.
I reckon I can hold 700watts for about 25 seconds.
I checked few of my recent race files, I've done 695watts for 25 seconds ... and 250watts for 3 hours, let's see Förstemann doing that

Live stream from the Finnish national road race championships will be at http://www.aika-ajo.com/tapahtumat/maan ... ivestream/ - the upper link is for Saturdays Womens race and the other one obviously for the mens race. Women start at 12:00 finnish time and men at 10:00 finnish time.
I think it will might be interesting to see how the team cars will cope this pedestrian bridge as there's a sharp 90 degree uphill bend on the other side where I'm quite sure they will bottom out like in the Skoda TdF commercial.
I started watching it part way through lap 3, and went off to do other things near the start of lap 5 promising myself to come back to it later.. but i forgot
looked like a fairly thin field that was being decimated by the attacks of a few strong riders.
It's not often you get to drive 80+ on a 40km zone in the opposing lane with a cyclist in tow 15 cm from your rear bumper and you just wave to cops standing by the roadside
Busy day, we had 3 punctures during the same lap. Also, you see the team cars in television and in the Skoda commercial jumping speed bumps and going really fast through the corners... I bet they go faster still in the TdF but yeah, you need to do rally maneuvers and go way faster in the corners than feels comfortable (or safe even) - the bikes are so much faster through downhill corners that you won't believe the difference until you see it from inside a team car.
Same podium as in the TT only Veikkanen was 2nd this time. I bet Finland is about the only country where a) we had the same podium in the ITT and Road nationals and b) where the top guy is an amateur. Our best guy was 25'ish near the front of the main peloton.
Those livestreams by the way, it was not done by the national broadcasting company (who do not bother with reports on cycling) but apparently it was "bunch of amateurs" who went out and got the gear necessary and made things happen

This uninterrupted shot was filmed by the most advanced gyro-stabilized camera system, the GSS C520, mounted to a truck on a custom road built next to a custom trail that took three weeks to build.
