Ricciardo and his golden bollocks just can't stop impressing. When Rosberg started hunting him down I thought it would be an excellent test of Ricciardo's resolve.
And his resolve is more than solid, because he apparently posted these laptimes while Rosberg was closing in:![Smile :)](./images/smilies/smile.gif)

Ricciardo, desperate still to have rubber left at the end, duly posted the following sequence:
1min 53.4sec, 53.4sec, 53.4sec, 53.2sec, 53.4sec 53.2sec, 53.2sec, 53.5sec, 53.5sec, 53.5sec.

You missed this bit of info..
Amazing.. He's nailed it to 2 tenths lap after lap.
We gave Daniel the lap times we needed from him that we figured would keep him just out of reach at the end. His target was 1min 53.4sec, assuming Rosberg was going to be in the 51s – which he was.

Yeah, I noticed that on live timing. It was just lap after lap. He hit his marks and drove to the laptime. He was doing that at Silverstone too before his tyres gave out.
