Their world wide tour kicks off this weekend and the 1st concert is live streamed from Germany at 6:15am Monday morning. Good thing Monday is a public holiday.

Re: Music on youtube
Interesting careers this father and son duo have had.
Max Weinberg, drummer for Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band and as the bandleader for Late Night with Conan O'Brien and The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien.
Jay Weinberg, filled in for dad in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band in 09. 2011 & 12 played with Against Me! and in 14 became Slipknots replacement drummer.
They have very different backgrounds but I could just imagine the jams at home!

Re: Music on youtube
Found a great series by Rick Beato called "What makes this song great"
He breaks down the songs in Pro Tools, I think he has access to the master files. Its really cool to hear the tracks in isolation and segments like bass and drums together for portions of the song where its hard to make out exactly whats going on.
Two I enjoyed from his 69 part series (so far)

I've been following his channel for a while, his stuff is really good and he's not just a guy trying to make it on YouTube, he's a proper accomplished producer.

Yeah I got that impression from the 1st video I watched, then did a quick bit of research on him. Its great to hear these songs pulled apart by a pro and getting to hear parts that are easily missed in the mix.w00dsy wrote:his stuff is really good and he's not just a guy trying to make it on YouTube, he's a proper accomplished producer.

I grew up on...
Watched Dad playing this on a 12 string
and mum
If it's got guitars then I'm pretty much going to like it.

I've always liked Fortunate Son, and been getting into Clutch recently, so this was always going to be a win from me.
