Cool... been having a crack. Is there a website that shares car setups like in LFS days?

Changing tyres to slick soft and reducing fuel only gets me so far :P

RSR has setups, there is 1 but it isn't much different to the default with the changes you've already made.

So we are on our own, well until Darren shares his setup.

Look in the setup sharing thread. That one with softs is pretty much what I used for my lap.

Lower downforce was almost as fast so not sure what I'll end up using for the race.

15psi for all four tyres?
What would these cars normally run? That seems way too low!

Oh god, had to have a quick run around in this. 1.06 with my PS3 controller. I think with a bit of practice, I might have a go at this. :D

Darren, that setup in the sharing thread is not specific to Silverstone Int is it?

The tyres increase in pressure a fair bit when pushing it (Up to 22 - 25psi from memory). I actually put the left side ones down to 13psi now and keeps them at a more even temperature/pressure to the right side.

Before I completely dive in with this and spend far more time playing AC than I thought, What is the ruling with assists?

It was either a silverstone gp or magione setup. Can't remember.

I usually don't change setups much from track to track. Mostly just gearing and wing tweaks.

Not so sure just yet, I had ABS on my fast lap. I will see what I can do without while using a controller.

EDIT: Low 1:04's with no assists other than auto clutch and auto blip. That suddenly became much tougher to be consistent. :faint: Just wish I was able to have more feel of the brakes through the controller.

Don't need to unless it splits into 2 servers....

Just wait for Qualifying on race night

I did some laps of this track on the weekend and just signed up to AACL this morning - are the laps I did already likely to count or would I need to do more? I was in hotlap mode.
