I dont think so. The rules regarding front wing height clearence refer to the end points. Thats why the renault has that dip in the middle.

That's ugly as fuck. It looks like they just raised the old wing and stuck a new bit on the bottom to take up the slack. The car will still kick everyone's arse though.
