some interesting info here...

seems to indicate that if i lost 5kg, assuming no change in power output, i could climb Norton Summit about a minute faster.. hmmm.. question is whether that is justification for a 5kg lighter bike or whether i just have to watch what i eat.. i like the first option a whole lot better! ;)
