For those that aren't aware, the Tour of Flanders is on tonight. An awesome race where 700,000 fans line the roads of Belgium.

If you have never watched a spring classic or other one day event, this is a great one to watch. The other is next week, the Paris Roubaix.

Cycling Central are streaming live from 9:30 with it on TV from 10:30.

Last weeks cycling was great. I was glued to the tv every night. The highlight of the world champs for me was seeing Anna take the 500m TT and smashing the WR!

Couldn't stay up and watch the Paris Roubaix on Sunday so taped it and watched it on Monday. Man what a race. Full credit to Boonen, he was just an animal. It took some serious guts to do what he did knowing he could of easily won the sprint. He has really shown some good form so far this season.

Watched quite a bit of the track champs, excellent stuff. Those people have the big quads!

Watch Paris Roubaix, what a race! Those cobblestones were mental! Pretty hairy fall on the first stage of stones in the breakaway group. Crazy ride from Boonen, just kept expecting him to lose some time but he kept gaining right to the end. A machine over the stones!

track racing is surprisingly addictive to watch.. highly recommend you find a local club and head to one of their race meets.. never know, you might get hooked enough to give it a go.

oh, and bring a camera.. local clubs love that
