Thanks for the thoughts chaps. Had the operation yesterday afternoon. Big rush to get admitted then prepped and suddenly on the operating table. Last op of the day. Said a good thing. Anaesthetist asked if I had any reactions to anesthetic. I said drowsiness and lack of concentration. Gave him a laugh.

Op went well and I immediately felt better after the knock out drugs wore off. No more nerve pain. Remarkable how much better i feel even being pretty sore from the collarbone being plated and screwed. That nerve pain was just relentless. Numbness almost all gone. Slept the last night the best in three weeks and if you are over 40 you'll know how good that feels.

At home now and juiced up on panadeine forte so all good.

Pretty awesome that you came out of the surgery and felt instantly better. Must have been shite before you went in.
