Wife of Humphrey Bogart and a real screen legend. I remember her best for Key Largo, Dark Passage and The Big Sleep. I have watched all of those in the last month.

Probably impossible time wise, but pity Bieber wasn't given a mention either.

Much as I liked Robin Williams and his passing was tragic, I was probably more distracted by this simply because she was Lauren Bacall.

She was unique. I have never found her particularly attractive but few people have ever had screen presence like she did.

She was unique and I always thought she was glamorous. The big name female stars of that era just had an aurora about them.
