I'll hopefully give it a crack.

Initially I was a bit worried that this track wouldn't work too well for this type of thing but after a quick test last night while getting some screen shots I think it's going to be brilliant. With the 2 long straights side by side you can see the quicker car catching you and the anticipation really kicks in. It's almost nerve wracking. I was also worried that it was too narrow to pass anywhere but the big straights but we each followed the slower car and tried every part of the track and we were both able to get past. The only exception was the 'on ramp' to the first straight. Providing people show a little patience there's plenty of spots to get past.

It'll also be close between the quick and slow car. We had one go each in the quick car and had 2 different results, so providing you drive within your limits and don't impale yourself on a lamppost then you're in with a chance. There no room for error, if you come off you'll hit something so it'll be wise to drive at 98%.

Sadly the "Phantom Menace" can't run this friday, got a party on Friday and while racing is fun it lacks in comparison to going out drinking with women.

I got lost when I tried that track! I also ended up all 4 wheels in the air perched on a tyre stack.

All good ingredients for Friday night shenanigans! Hopefully I'll be able to make it.

Got friends coming over for dinner on Friday night that might end up in lots of drinks. I might be able to make it sometime during the night, but unlikely. And if I do make it, I'll be pretty well pickled! :D

Maybe Sunday night would work better? When we were running leagues at AoR Friday and Saturday nights were always the least popular. Can be nice to have a fun bash on a Friday night after a long week though.
