Was reading up how they got their beards which was pretty funny. Dusty and Billy went their own ways after their breakout tour to get away from it all and when they reunited after a year or two discovered neither of them had shaved the whole time and just decided to stay that way ha.

I feel fortunate to have seen ZZTop live twice, the first in ~2000 in Adelaide and the second in Melbourne (~2015?). Both times.. Slick as all hell.
For anyone looking to reminisce, Rockpalast have posted up full the concert they televised in 1980, ZZTop's first show outside of the US
Interesting seeing the contrasts (and similarities!) between 1980 and their "Live from Texas" performance from 2016..
